Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary materials, approvals, and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets may impact project timelines.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice. Work will begin only after agreed deposits or full payment (if required) are received.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are final and no refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their brand assets. AZ Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

AZ Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
